Local Flowers

Lately, I have really been into finding inexpensive alternatives for store bought and over priced wedding flowers.  This time, I have struck soil.  I was staring at the umpteenth vase of wild flowers (check out the photos below) my neighbor has brought to my house and thought how wonderful it was to have beautiful flowers around without having to pay a dime.  It finally occurred to me just how to solve my flower crisis.  Local wild flowers!  Just the thing for a bride on a budget.  Taking a walk through the neighborhood to pick wild flowers for centerpieces, bouquets, and hair the morning of the wedding would certainly calm jitters.  Not to mention putting fresh picked flowers out for the guests to enjoy.  Free and local flowers are certainly the perfect touch for the perfect (and aromatic) wedding.
