Pack a hiking journal on your next adventure
Remembering to pack a hiking journal for your next outdoor adventure will help you preserve your discoveries and favorite moments right from the trail. This week, our awesome team of creatives put together a little adventure inspiration along with a helpful list to jumpstart your hiking journal this summer.
Sometimes, the great outdoors can get a little messy. Make sure you pick a journal that can rough it well. We think our leather rustic journal looks its best mussed up and worn-in.
Tape
Make sure to carry some tape on you in case you find an interesting and flat piece of nature to write about. Whether it's a feather from a bird you've been trying to track or petals from a flower you've never seen before, make sure to secure it in the pages of your journal.
Pencils with erasers, pens
Try not to go overboard unless your focus is to make this an art journal. Take a writing instrument that you're most comfortable using.

Is there anything we haven't listed that you love documenting in your own hiking or camping journal? Let us know in the comments!
