It is important to us that you receive your order in time, and we pride ourselves on being able to quickly accommodate our clients' needs and tight deadlines. In most cases, we are able to accommodate embossed personalized orders so they arrive in 1-2 days with overnight shipping.

Domestic Shipments: We offer 3 different delivery timeframes for domestic shipping (includes processing and shipment): 7 – 12 business days, 3 – 6 business days, and 1 – 2 business days. Business days are Monday – Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.
Orders must be received by 12 noon eastern time to be considered for shipment the same day OR the next business day, when available (note: some products are not available for overnight shipping - please call to confirm). For example, if you need your order no later than the following business day, you will need to note that date in the “desired delivery date” field, have your order entered before 12 noon eastern time and UPS selected for guaranteed next day. *To confirm if your order is eligible to ship same day, please call 866-708-7750.
We ship through UPS and USPS. We find that both provide similar quality/value.
