Its fall y’all and with this come lots of changes. Like all the pretty leaves outside, but also changes around here in the studio too! So today, we’re bringing back the ‘Off the Press’ series to the blog so that we can keep you up to date on all things Blue Sky Papers.
We have been cleaning and organizing EVERYTHING (a late ‘spring cleaning’ if you will) to get ready for the new hires. (Psst! : we’re still hiring a bookbinder!)
Actually, we have already welcomed a few new faces to the team (intros to come) and said our goodbyes- with cocktails, bites and an epic farewell dance by Melisha (see youtube video here or below) to those moving on to their next adventure! Changes are always met with a certain type of ‘bitter sweetness’ but we are truly excited for all the changes and growth happening in our little business.

We finished up with what (maybe) our last bridal event of the year with our sister brand, Claire Magnolia– at the end of September. The event was an open house for a new wedding venue in the North, GA mountains called Copey Creek.
It is a charming, family owned + ran venue and as you can see below, the sky + views are beautiful up there. We absolutely recommend it as a location for any of you southern brides out there, check out their site here.
We also have been working hard on rolling out new leather products for this fall/holiday season and are so excited to be launching them soon! Take a peek below.
Also, mark your calendars for the weekend of Nov. 19th and 20th, as we will be setting up a booth at the Indie Craft Experience, here in Atlanta. (can’t wait!) We participated in their summer market and loved getting to meet customers in person, as well as all the other creative small business too!
